ELF Cosmetics just recently opened a retail store located in the mall near my location. As a beauty enthusiast, I feel the need to visit the store and pick up a few products. The products that I purchased will be use for a makeup tutorial on a separate blog that I will be posting soon, so stay tune!! Now, without further ado let’s start my elf cosmetics haul.
• Shimmer Highlighting Powder in Starlight Glow
• Prism Eyeshadow in Naked
• High Definition Powder in Sheer
• HD Lifting Concealer in Light
• Acne Fighting Foundation in Sand
• Velvet Matte Lipstick in Berry Bordeaux
• Lash Tint Mascara in Naked Noir
• Volume Plumping Mascara in Black
• Blush in Mellow Mauve
• Makeup Mist & Set
• Blush Brush
The very first product that I grabbed was the Prism Eyeshadow Palette. After hearing beauty YouTuber KathleenLights raved about this product I’ve been wanting to try it.
Another exciting product is the Acne Fighting Foundation. I have used ELF products before but this will be my first foundation from them. So, we’ll see how it goes. Also, they only have five shade on this foundation which is a bummer. Sand might be a little dark for me but we’ll try to make it work.
The last thing that I am super excited to try is the HD Highlighting Powder! The original plan is to purchase the Baked Highlighter in Moonlight Peal but it was sold out in the store. One of the employee approach me and told me to try their new highlighter instead. And ohh boy, I was very impressed when I swatch it at the back of my hand.
• Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer in Sheer
• Expert Liquid Liner in Jet Black
• Prime and Stay Finishing Powder in Medium/Dark
• Instant Lift Brow Pencil in Neutral Brown
I’ve also picked up these products from their essential line. All these are $2.00 each!
I received a little pouch with 5 free goodies from my purchase after spending more than $25! I thought the freebies only applies if you order online, but hey I got one from the store! So here’s what I got.
•Healthy Glow Bronzer in Warm Tan
•Moisturizing Lipstick in In the Nude
•Lash Extending Mascara in Black
•Baked Eyeshadow Trio in Brown Bonanza
•Liquid Eyeliner in Coffee
•Professional Bronzing Brush
So that’s it for this blog! I’m sorry if I didn’t give my thoughts on each product. I feel like it’ll take forever if I did. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy this blog.
