Hello! How are guys doing today? The past two weeks have been very busy for me with school and work. Anyway! Today, I’m going to do one brand makeup tutorial using only ELF Cosmetics as I’ve mentioned on my previous blog. Here’s my very first own makeup tutorial!
Let’s Begin with the Eyes
-
- First, I primed my eyelids using the shadow lock eyelid primer in sheer.
- Next, I applied the prime and stay finishing powder (medium/dark) to the crease and used it as my transition eye shadow.
- I applied the second to the left eye shadow in the prism palette in naked towards the center of my eyelid.
- Added a dept on the outer corner of the eyelid using a dark brown eye shadow on the same palette (first eye shadow to the right).
Face Time!!
-
- First, I primed my face using the Poreless Face Primer.
-
- Next, I applied the Acne Fighting Foundation in Buff using a sponge. (If you want a review on the foundation, let me know down below!)
-
- For the concealer I used the HD Lifting Concealer in Light. Blended it using the same sponge. I forgot to set my concealer and face (smh*). If you want you can use the High Definition Powder.
-
- Going back to the eyes, did my eyebrows using the instant lift brow pencil in neutral brown.
-
- Applied the same eye shadows using the same steps on my lower lash line (it didn’t picked up on the photo).
-
- Next, I bronze up my face using the same powder that I used as my transition shade and applied the blush in Mellow Mauve
-
- Now, I used the volume plumping mascara in black and the lash extending mascara on my upper lashes.
-
- I used the lash tint mascara in naked noir for my bottom lashes.
-
- For the highlight, I used the shimmer highlighting powder in starlight glow (can’t really see it).
- To finish up the look, I applied the moisturizing lipstick (in the nude).
Again.. Here’s the final look!
Here’s a bolder look…
(Velvet Matte Lipstick in Berry Bordeaux)
I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial! And let me know down below which lip color do you think is better?
Your makeup looks beautiful! I really need to start wearing it more often. Then maybe people wouldn’t tell me I look “tired” all the time.
I love your color palette! You have a real gift for applying make-up simply beautiful.
Love doing a makeup look using only one brand! Everything looks gorgeous.
The colors looks good on you. And nice plumpy lips BTW 🙂 Thumbs up!
I like what you did on the center of your lids. The subtle shimmer brings out the look, IMHO! 🙂
This is an awesome tutorial! Thank you! I’ve always been someone who shy’s away from makeup, not knowing at all what I’m doing. I love tutorials like this!
I absolutely love this subtle look! It is so beautiful! I will definitely give this a try.
Both looks are absolutely gorgeous! I love ELF products. If I had guessed, I would have thought you used all high-end brands.
